These notes summarise the rules that most often shape an account. The general terms, the bonus terms and each offer's own conditions, all accepted at registration or opt-in, take priority over anything written here.
Who can join
Anyone aged 18 or over who may lawfully gamble where they live. We allow a single account per person, and that limit also applies per household, phone number, e-mail address and IP address.
Checking who you are
Before paying out we may request photo ID, a proof of address, evidence that a payment method is yours and, occasionally, proof of where your money comes from. You have 30 days from the request to supply them.
Welcome choices
At sign-up you choose one welcome path: the four-stage casino package, a sports match, a crypto offer or none. Only one bonus can be active at once.
Casino package conditions
A stage needs a deposit of at least £20, not through Skrill or Neteller, and must be activated in My Bonus before you bet with it. Deposit and bonus are wagered 20 times within 10 days, and free-spin winnings 40 times. Stakes are capped at £100 while the bonus runs. The bonus releases no more than 10 times its amount, and free spins release up to £50 or £100 depending on how many there were.
Sports promotions
The sports welcome, reloads, cashback, racing reload, Bet Builder cover, accumulator boost and "2 goals ahead" each follow their own published conditions.
Cashback
Daily Cashback of 15% up to £250 and weekly Live Cashback of 25% up to £200 are for VIP levels 11 to 25 and carry 1x wagering.
Withdrawals
Deposits must be turned over once before withdrawal, or 10% is charged. Requests are decided within 3 business days, three at most may be pending, and funds return by the deposit method. Monthly limits range from £5,000 to £20,000 according to VIP level. A withdrawal request voids an active bonus.
Changes
We can update these rules or any promotion. The version displayed when you place a bet or spin applies.
