This page sums up the rules that shape your time with us. It is a short guide, not the full contract. The general terms and bonus terms you accept at registration, plus the wording of each offer, apply wherever they differ from this summary.
Joining
You must be 18 or over and legally able to gamble where you live. We allow one account per person, household, email address, phone number and IP address. We may ask for identity, address and payment documents, and sometimes proof of the source of funds, which you must send within 30 days of our request.
Bonuses
Each stage of the starting package is activated in My Bonus before you bet with the qualifying deposit of £20 or more. Bonus money carries 20x on deposit plus bonus, free-spin winnings carry 40x, and each stage lasts 10 days. While a bonus is active, the largest bet is £100. A bonus releases at most 10x its amount, and only one bonus runs at a time. A withdrawal before or after activation voids the bonus.
Payments
Deposits must be wagered 1x before withdrawal, or a 10% fee applies. Payouts return by the route the money came in, with at most 3 pending requests. Monthly withdrawal limits start at £5,000 and rise with your VIP level.
Our licence
